These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Digikash wallet platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Digikash, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that all registration information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
Due to security reasons, If withdrawer name doesn’t correspond to the account user name the withdrawal will not be processed.
And also newly created account aiming to receive funds from third party or source may not be eligible to have direct Transffy withdrawal for security purposes. It can only transfer within Transffy accounts or can visit p2p to sell the funds to certified merchants on p2p to receive withdrawal indirectly. For such limited and restricted account to be eligible for direct withdrawal would need to build trust score by making direct self deposit for the system to have him/her limitation and restriction free account for successful withdrawal from Transffy directly.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Transffy will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to misuse the service for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
All transactions are subject to applicable fees, which may vary depending on the service. Digikash reserves the right to modify fee structures at any time with prior notice.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may result in temporary unavailability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we suspect any breach of these Terms or any unlawful activity.
Transffy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our platform, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
